Elizabeth Reaser was born and was raised in Michigan, United States. Her profession is American television and film actor. Elizabeth was raised and born in Michigan, US. In her youth she developed a love for acting. In the years following the completion of her high school education she was accepted into the Juilliard School's drama department. She received a bachelor degree in fine arts. In a guest-starring role on The Sopranos she had her first TV appearance. Her professional career began by being given the part in the role of Alice Alden, in the show Saved (2006). Jessica's love of television and films started at an early, impressionable age. Modeling was the first step in her professional career. An Australian casting director approached her to conduct auditions. In Lightning Point/Alien surf Girls, she got the part of "Kiki". Since then, she's played smaller roles in films like Peter Pan, Aquamarine and numerous other films. In the Netflix Original Series Roman Empire, she played Cleopatra. She also played in the iconic film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica was the winner of the worldwide search to find Talon on The Outpost. Producers were given a sample tape in which she performed in another video that showed her doing MMA. She sent them a video the following day of her sword-fighting. Jessica read the script and knew the character would require the training for weapons. The first time she recorded her lesson with a professional following studying the script. Jonathan Glassner says that her stunt team was pleasantly surprised by how she performed in the initial lesson. The actress had never taken on any major roles before the US, as all of her filmography was in Australia. The role capitalizes on her passion of action, with her mix disciplines of horse riding, martial arts as well as weaponry skills and athletic abilities enabling her to pull off her actions and fully portray the powerful female character. Jessica trained in mixed combat, boxing and muay Thai at an Australia-based gym. Jake Stormoen, filming Season 4 of the show and was in the process of meeting a dog who was wandering around the sets. One of the pups had taken up residence in one of the sets. Jessica was the foster mom to two puppies.
